All the Principals of junior and composite degree colleges in the State are informed that the collection of Rs.20/- towards Medical check ups for I & II year Intermediate regular students is to be discontinued from the academic year 2004-2005 in view of the enhancement of special fee amount in Government Junior Colleges. The Principals are further informed to conduct Medical check ups along with counseling and entertainment activities every year in their colleges to relieve the mental stress on the students and the expenditure for the above activities should be met from the special fee fund only.

Hence all the Principals of junior and composite degree colleges are hereby informed not to collect the Medical check up fee of Rs.20/- separately from the students from the academic year 2004-2005.
